Throughout the month of January 2014, CISA hosted the researcher Antonio Mendes, from the Institute of Molecular Medicine, at Lisbon University's Faculty of Medicine, with the objective of fostering the exchange, discussion and advancement of scientific knowledge.
Within the scope of this partnership, two presentations were made: one on "Scientific Methodology" and another on "A new malaria vaccination strategy". The presentations were attended by the CISA team of researchers and support staff and healthcare professionals from Caxito General Hospital.
