CISA was among the participants at the 4th Sciences Meeting at the Faculty of Medicine of the Katyavala Bwila University in Benguela between 15th and 18th October 2013.

CISA presented a Poster entitled "Validating Semi-quantitative Methods - urine reagent strips - for Determining Infection by Schistosoma Haematobium and its respective levels of intensity in Bengo Province - Angola".
The event also involved the participation of other Angolan Faculties of Medicine: Lubango, Malange, Luanda and Huambo. In addition to the respective Deans, Directors and Professors from these Universities, there were keynote speakers from countries including Portugal, Brazil and Mozambique.
