The data collection phase to the "Arterial hypertension in an adult population in Bengo province: magnitude and conditioning factors" began on 10th October. The fieldwork involving three communities in Dande Municipal Council within the scope of the CISA study area was planned to last twelve weeks and incorporated the completion of a questionnaire, anthropometric data collection and measuring the arterial tension of participants. This information will enable a better understanding of the extent of arterial hypertension as a public healthcare problem within the Angolan context.
