Jocelyne Vasconcelos is the new head of CISA – the Health Research Centre of Angola, an institution under the auspices of INIS - the National Institute of Healthcare Research of Angola, the Ministry of Health of Angola.

The new Centre manager was formerly the INIS technical-scientific assistant prior to her nomination for this new position. Jocelyne Vasconcelos graduated in Biotechnology from the University of London South Bank and holds a master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology from the University of Westminster.
