CISA submitted, within the framework of the 2014 PLANCTI – Annual Science, Technology and Innovation Plan tender, and supervised by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Angola, two projects that were both approved with a maximum classification.

The projects in question are: “Epidemiology of hemoglobinopathies: the genetic variability of hemoglobin and erythrocyte enzymes in Bengo Province, Angola” and “Etiology and risk attributed to the causes of anaemia in pre-school age children in Bengo Province, Angola”.
